How do I know which size to order?
Our boots generally run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific sizing guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up and using a comfort insole.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Are Drew's Boots waterproof?
Most of our leather boots are water-resistant. For full waterproofing, we recommend applying a specialized wax or spray treatment, which can be found in our 'Boot Care' section.

Can my boots be resoled?
Yes, many of our premium styles feature Goodyear welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, extending the life of your footwear for years.
